We are committed to ensuring your cake is as pleasing to the palate as it is to the eye. That’s why we start with only the finest quality ingredients, including Belgian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla bean and eggs laid by our own free range chickens.

Below you will find some of our most popular, classic cake flavours. However if there’s something you’d like that you don’t see below, we’d love you to suggest your own. And if you’re having a multi-tier cake, why not mix it up and have a different flavour for each tier.

For something a little different, why not consider infusing your cake with a wonderful citrusy tang or mixing in fresh summer berries. Or perhaps you’d like to add a surprise when the cake is cut with graduating layers of colour, rainbow sprinkles or a marbled effect.

Filling Flavours

All our cakes (with the exception of fruit cake) are torted (triple-layered) and brushed with syrup before being filled with a flavour which will complement your chosen cake. Whilst chocolate and white chocolate ganache are the most popular crowd-pleasers, there is a vast array of fillings available including various buttercreams, curds and preserves. We can work with you to find the perfect match for your cake.

Most cakes are then covered in luxurious Belgian chocolate ganache and a very thin layer of fondant. Not only does this produce a wonderful balance of flavours, but allows for razor sharp edges and a perfectly flawless finish.

Cookies

Cookies have never looked or tasted so good! They can be decorated with either fondant or royal icing to create edible works of art. Wrapped and tied with ribbon, they make a great gift, party favours or of course wedding bonbonnieres’. Or for the kids, cookie pops are a definite favourite. Some of our popular flavours include:
